This project will build on the database you modified in Project 2. You will be adding a report to your database and (optionally) an additional query and report.
Your Database
I would suggest you make a copy of your Project 2 database in case you need to start over on Project3 at some point. Just copy the database and then rename the copy in case you need it. The original can then be used for Project 3, but you would have the copy to fall back on if needed.
Reports
Your database will need to include a new report entitled "Patient Activity Summary." It should contain data and be formatted like this sample. If you need a tutorial on creating reports and using the report wizard or design view, please use the links to the tutorials on the right-hand side of this page.
Optionally, you can create a second report, which would require a special query to be developed also, called a "Prescription Summary." The report would look like this sample. If you choose to do this second report, it will be worth 20 points extra credit, however you cannot do this report if you haven't done the first report.
Deliverables
For this project, you will need to turn in a copy of your database file. This file must be attached to an email sent to me in WebCT. Please compress your database before submitting! (To compress, get into your Access database, select the globe, upper left corner, then "Manage" then "Compact and Repair Database.") It must be submitted before the deadline, 11:59 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14th.
