Case Study Peer Evaluation Forms
Instructions:
- Click on the form for your group to download the document
(MS Word document).
- Follow the instructions on the form and create your own
modified version of the document.
- Attach the document to a WebCT email to Dr. Garrett.
- The email may not be submitted until AFTER the last group
has presented (1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 19th)
- The email must be submitted BEFORE 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday,
April 21st.
Comments:
- You will not receive a grade for the project (worth 250
points) if you do not submit a completed peer evaluation.
- You may place comments on your form below the rating table
if you want to explain your ratings.
- This evaluation is a major component in your grade for the
project.
Grading:
- Each paper will be given a grade 0-100
- Each presentation will be given an overall grade 0-100
- Each team member will receive a percentage of the grade for
the paper and presentation based upon peer reviews. Normal
participation would be full credit (i.e. whatever grade the
paper and presentation received). Sub-par participation
will be a portion of the grade, to be determined based upon peer
evaluations.
- If a team member is rated 0 (no appreciable involvement) by
multiple peers, that team member will not receive credit for the
assignment.
- Team members must be present on the day of the presentation
segment to receive credit for the presentation portion of the
assignment.
- An additional 50 points is given for peer review. The
percentage received in this portion will be determined by the
overall peer reviews.
